The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location ranging from $125766 to $157208
Job Summary
The Office of the CEO serves as an advisor coordinator and extension of the CEO advancing the organizations goals.
The Manager Office of the CEO plays a crucial role in providing strategic analytical and operational support to ensure effective decision-making efficient communication and seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
The Manager will develop insightful analyses and corporate reports including those for the Board of Directors and the high-level executive leadership of the Group. They will also serve as a key liaison across Avangrids senior leadership.
Additionally the Manager will assist in implementing the companys strategic plan and vision supporting the executive team and other stakeholders.
This highly visible position requires organizational knowledge technical excellence flexibility and the ability to collaborate with and advise senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supports Senior Director Office of the CEO in executing the short and long-term priorities of the Office of the CEO;
- Conduct research analyze and interpret data and information to provide insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making;
- Distill relevant data and information and create appropriate reports briefing materials and presentations;
- Prepare board and executive presentations with a focus on key achievements and objectives.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and report to support CEO Initiatives
- Monitor and improve processes within the CEOs office for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Lead or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by the CEO;
- Track progress resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks;
- Coordinate materials agendas and logistics for governance meetings (committees and boards).
- Responsible for elaborate minutes and guarantee governance processes documentation protocols are tracked and reported effectively.
- Track and curate key topics strategic initiatives and cross-functional inputs to present to the CEO and leadership.
- Map monitor and report on company-wide goals deliverables and strategic achievements.
- Establish and maintain processes for tracking progress on CEO- and board-level priorities.
- Act as a champion for team engagement and cultural alignment within the CEO office and broader leadership team
- Design and implement documentation processes and knowledge management systems to support transparency and accountability.
- Manage the internal budget for the CEO office and support functions under its purview.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes governance workflows and meeting cadences.
- Foster a culture of learning and feedback within the CEOs sphere of influence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration engineering communications data science or a related field (Masters degree preferred);
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills with a deep understanding of corporate operations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Detailed Oriented highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities;
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly;
- Excellent problem solving analytical critical thinking and decision-making skills;
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in cultural changes and change-management;
- High emotional intelligence discretion and ability to handle confidential information;
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working in global or matrixed organizations;
- Background in organizational development or internal operations consulting.
- Experience working with C-level executives and/or boards;
