Job Summary
Join our team at Dominos Pizza in Fulton United States as a Customer Service Representative! Were looking for friendly efficient and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 102 W 6th Street location.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and professionally
- Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company standards and recipes
- Process cash and card transactions efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
