Job Summary
The General Services Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple service departments ensuring excellence in quality safety and service delivery. This position is ideal for a results-driven relationship-focused leader who takes pride in creating clean safe and comfortable environments that enhance the lives of residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and develop departmental managers and supervisors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and operational standards.
Oversee budgeting staffing and performance improvement initiatives.
Foster collaboration between departments to promote efficiency and service excellence.
Build strong partnerships with facility leadership to support the organizations mission and vision.
Maintain a strong focus on customer service resident satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Hospitality Business or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in environmental or general services management within healthcare senior living or hospitality.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and multiple departments.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information :
Salary: $110000-$125000/yr
