Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst for our KYC Referential Team - KYC IT.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Gathering and Analysis of Business Requirements for new and ongoing projects;
Performing business requirements analysis;
Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncovering areas for improvement and propose new solutions;
Writing Specifications and User Stories;
Performing user acceptance testing;
Defining the planning for Implementation of requests / projects;
Track and report Project progress;
Managing and Responding to Support Requests;
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in Business Analyst/ Functional Support in IT;
Good communication skills;
Experience working in Agile projects and be able work with the development team across all the software development life cycle;
Good knowledge of programming languages like SQL;
Be interested to learn the KYC business within Natixis;
Very good communication in English both orally and written;
A track record of following through on commitments.
Soft skills:
Pro activity;
Strong attention to details;
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
Be communicative (English is mandatory Level B2);
Able to work well in a team setting supporting other developers;
Be self manageable.
