JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Auckland and is looking for its next Receptionist / All Rounder!
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE by being part of the opening team! This hybrid role will support both the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and great service throughout their stay.

Mission 1: Provide a warm personalized welcome to guests and convey the JO&JOE vibe through your attitude and professionalism.
Mission 2: Manage bookings phone calls check-ins and check-outs.
Mission 3: Inform guests about their stay services and local happenings.
Mission 4: Assist with breakfast service and support the bar/restaurant team when needed.
Mission 5: Take orders process payments and prepare beverages.
Mission 6: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both front desk and F&B areas.
Mission 7: Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to supervisors.
Mission 8: Promote JO&JOE events upsell services and support revenue growth.
Mission 9: Ensure safety procedures are followed and communicate effectively with other departments.
Mission 10: Respond to guest feedback and manage cash handling procedures.
Qualifications :

- A passion for hospitality and helping others.
- A commercial mindset and attention to detail.
- A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Strict adherence to hygiene safety and operational procedures.
Your Little Extras Are:
- Field of study: Hospitality or Restauration.
- Professional experience: 1 to 2 years.
- Languages: English Legal working rights in New Zealand
