- Welcome and assist guests building strong relationships.
- Manage check-in/out payments and guest details accurately.
- Promote hotel facilities actively upselling to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Safeguard guest property with proper documentation.
- Promote Accor loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with all departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications :
- Exceptional communication skills: written verbal and non-verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
- Previous experience in Reservations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud TARS Database or similar PMS preferred but not required.
- Flexible availability for a rotating roster including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays.
- Must hold NZ residency or a permanent NZ work visa.
