Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Automation Quality Engineering Lead
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Automation Quality Engineering Lead to lead the quality assurance and test automation efforts across our engineering this role you will be responsible for defining QA strategy building scalable automation frameworks mentoring QA engineers and ensuring our software meets the highest quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with product managers developers DevOps and business stakeholders to integrate quality at every step of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks
Define and enforce best practices for automated and manual testing CI/CD integration and defect tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
Own test strategy planning execution and reporting across multiple projects and teams
Mentor and guide a team of QA and automation engineers promoting a quality-first mindset
Drive adoption of automation tools and continuous testing practices
Identify bottlenecks track metrics and drive improvements in QA processes
Participate in production release validation and incident analysis to prevent regressions

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Proven expertise in test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium Cypress Playwright or similar
Strong scripting or programming skills in Python JavaScript or Java
Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman REST Assured SoapUI)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail Xray)
Solid understanding of QA methodologies (functional regression performance security)
Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter k6)
Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (e.g. Docker Kubernetes AWS Azure)
Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices and tools like Cucumber
Exposure to data testing ETL validation or ML model testing is a plus
