We are seeking a new member for our Information & Governance team. This dynamic team is at the heart of our financial operations ensuring our systems run smoothly data remains accurate and monthly reports and stocktakes are meticulously handled. They also play a crucial role in empowering the wider finance team by streamlining processes and driving automation for greater efficiency.
As a Principal Financial Analyst in the Information & Governance team you will be responsible for;
- Supporting TM1 development (building reports debugging improvement proposals etc.)
- Investigating and identifying issues with financial data and offering solutions
- Convening with Finance Colleagues and other stakeholders to review updates or brainstorm efficiency improvements
About you
To be successful within this role you will;
- Have experience with TM1 and Finance Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Be prepared to actively learn new skills
- Be an effective communicator and able to collaborate with team members across the university
- Enjoy problem solving and innovation
All applications should have relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 3 years of experience in a systems-focused position.
A criminal history check will be undertaken for the preferred candidate.
Your typical day
In this role you will;
- Develop and update financial reports
- Test and debug various systems including TM1 Power Bi ERP etc.
- Investigate issues raised by the broader finance community and pursue further efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain TM1 process and cubes with support and training

HEW level 9 salary range $132655 - $137398 per annum 17% superannuation. Total remuneration range $155206 - $160755 per annum.
