Position Overview
Seeking a motivated and personable Marketing & Sales Representative to join the this role you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with local insurance brokers and brokerages introducing them to industry-leading workers compensation technology and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate has a background in insuranceparticularly workers compensationand thrives in a client-facing relationship-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local insurance brokers agencies and brokerages.
- Present and promote workers compensation technology solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
- Prospect pitch and close new clients helping to expand the companys presence in the marketplace.
- Build and manage a client database tracking opportunities and maintaining regular follow-up.
- Act as a trusted advisor providing product knowledge and tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client experience.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through a combination of new business development and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the insurance industry ideally with exposure to workers compensation.
- Strong sales business development or marketing background with proven results.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly personable polished and confident in client-facing settings.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with prospecting and building out a client base.
