Lighthouse Electric is hiring a QC/CX Specialist to strengthen our project quality program across multiple jobs. Youll support the QC/CX backboneOFCI receipt inspections spec and submittal reviews Contractor Quality Plans and documentation/traceability in SharePoint QuickBase Procore and CxAlloywhile supporting field teams with targeted site visits for inspections energization prep and code/spec compliance. Youll work with our QC/CX Manager QA/QC Specialists and project teams to raise execution quality and field reliability.

What Youll Own

• Receipt inspection of OFCI equipment. (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed)
• Data entry into CxAlloy and Procore
• Perform electrical spec review regarding QC and CX
• Perform NETA testing quote reviews
• Create Contractor Quality Plans across projects
• Understand QC/CX check sheets in regard to electrical equipment
• Support field QC/CX activities on assigned projects
• Assist field teams with QC/CX procedures documentation
• Track and report inspections tests non-conformances and corrective actions
• Maintain project-specific QC/CX documentation and ensure traceability via SharePoint QuickBase and other platforms
• Review contract submittals and quality specifications
• Support field installations for code compliance and spec adherence
• Contribute to training efforts on testing safety and commissioning
• Maintain manufacturer certifications and technical competencies in QC/CX related project requirements

What You Bring

• Proficient in interpreting drawings specs and QC/CX documentation
• Proficient computer and technology skills
• Comfortable with project-based travel
• Experience using Bluebeam QuickBase SharePoint PlanGrid and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail solid communication skills and ability to influence without authority
• Eagerness to learn and expand your knowledge and skills
