Sales Operations Support Specialist Department: Sales Operations Support Reports to: Sales Operations Support Manager Pay Group: Exempt Job Summary: The Sales Operations Support Specialist willwork synergistically with the Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service experience throughout all relative customer channels. You will partner directly with the Sales Team on various ongoing and short-term projects. You will exhibit top-notch communication organization and customer service skills to achieve a seamless customer experience both inside and outside of the organization. You must be adaptable in a changing environment and will embrace the fast-paced nature of the organization while understanding the key importance this role plays in the companys overall success. Responsibilities and Duties: - Understand all brand and product knowledge that the Client provides to their customer base.
- Ensure and provide quality service to external customers.
- Providing a productive and motivating working environment.
- Assist sales in establishing customer accounts and ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
- Addressing any issues/disputes from customers and following problems through to resolution.
- Identifying areas where additional customer support is needed and becoming that resource for Sales.
- Ability to develop a strong partnership with the Sales Team to effectively complete projects both short term and ongoing and have a passion for the same.
- Maintain communication with Sales Operation Support Manager for workload and priorities.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions/discussions in accordance with Gravitys commitment to Compliance.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
- Synergize with sales team to ensure all client needs are met.
- Manage shipping/logistics needs as they arise for customers.
- Patient specimen knowledge including validity turnaround time collection and shipping processes
- Understand potential customer implications around laboratory processes procedures and workflow
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customers to assist with resolving issues or concerns.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance this role brings to the table and the overall success of Gravitys business
- Professional demeanor and verified understanding of the importance of this role.
- Multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment and the ability to be nimble.
- Positive team player who easily adapts in an ever-changing environment.
- Write and speak to customers in a clear concise manner appropriate for the audience.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Attention to detail.
Education and Experience: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Possess a valid drivers license proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Prior Sales or Customer Service experience
- Prior Phlebotomy and/or Blood Lab Technician experience preferred
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a healthcare setting handling biological samples
