About the Programme
On the Accountancy & Finance Graduate Programme youll gain practical experience across governance planning audit and reporting building the expertise to assess risk and support long-term financial resilience. The scheme is designed to develop your core skills in judgement engagement self-management and delivery while deepening your knowledge through analysis and research.
Your first two rotations will be selected to help you build a strong foundation in financial services your career goals and interests will be considered when your final rotation is selected aiming to support your aspirations and the FCAs strategy. Throughout the programme youll have the opportunity to apply economic thinking and provide valuable advice to help FCA functions deliver on their strategic objectives.
For those interested in accountancy the programme offers hands-on experience in financial audit internal controls reporting and governance. Youll strengthen your understanding of accounting principles regulatory frameworks and risk assessment preparing you for a successful career in the accountancy and finance professions.
This programme will prepare you for roles in the Accountancy and Finance professions.

You must have obtained or be on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree from any university.
Applicants for the 2026 graduate programme must have graduated or be in their final year of study.
