Job Summary
- Support restructuring of CAD assemblies to clearly separate base product features from customer-specific interfaces.
- Assist in generating manufacturing-ready BOMs for the Max300 and other product variants.
- Produce clear GA drawings for MAX range of BESS
- Participate in design reviews to identify part duplication and opportunities for consolidation.
- Create a fastener library with standard part numbers based on Allyes conventions.
- Help prepare drawing packs for suppliers including manufacturing notes and tolerances.
- Track part releases revisions and on-time delivery in collaboration with procurement.
- Support quality checks by updating drawings based on supplier feedback.
Qualifications :
Must-haves
- Masters graduate in mechanical motorsport or automotive engineering
- Hands-on experience from working in Formula student or similar
- Excellent CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred).
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical components
- Ability to work proactively with minimal support using a logical approach in an environment with minimal documented processes
- Must be self-motivated and an effective team player
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Nice-to-haves
- A basic understanding of High Voltage vehicle systems and safety.

- Knowledge of battery system technology including cell chemistries BMS etc.
