We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our clients in maintaining their facilities and equipment.

Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks troubleshooting and repairing equipment and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week and you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters lubricating equipment and inspecting facilities for any potential issues

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions including electrical mechanical and plumbing systems

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment

- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks as assigned

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and plumbing systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
