Job Summary:
As the Senior Manager at Evolution Sports Group you will play a critical role in overseeing the management and development of our clients careers. You will be responsible for leading a team of managers and agents and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires excellent leadership skills a strong understanding of the sports industry and a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of our clients careers including contract negotiations endorsements and other business opportunities.
- Lead a team of managers and agents providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders including teams sponsors and media outlets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for our clients.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company such as marketing and finance to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to client management.
- Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and progress in their careers.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences and actively participate in networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in sports management business or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the sports industry and current trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for sports and a desire to help athletes reach their full potential.
