Position: Finance & Restructuring Attorney

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring group in Dallas. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of workout bankruptcy insolvency and corporate finance transactions including senior debt asset-based lending cash flow sponsor finance unitranche and mezzanine transactions.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
6 years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm
Texas Bar admission required
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong academic credentials
