As our team continues to grow were looking for a driven and experienced Senior Accountant / Team Leader to join us remotely. If you have at least 4 years of experience in Australian public practice and enjoy mentoring others while delivering high-quality work wed love to hear from you.

Whats On Offer

A starting salary of PHP 110000 - 140000 per month.
Performance-based bonuses
Fully Remote / Permanent work-from-home setup
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time

About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and experienced accountant to take on a leadership role within our team. Youll be responsible for managing the preparation and review of tax returns and financial statements mentoring junior staff and enhancing internal processes. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring clients receive accurate timely and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals companies trusts and partnerships
Review financial statements to ensure they meet Australian compliance standards
Provide coaching and support to junior accountants
Keep up-to-date with Australian tax laws and accounting standards sharing key updates with the team
Drive continuous improvement in workflow efficiency and service quality

What Were Looking For

At least 4 years of experience in Australian public practice
Solid understanding of Australian tax compliance and accounting principles
Proficiency in Xero HubDoc HowNow Workpapers Karbon
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Self-motivated and a team player
