Job Summary

Start Date: ASAP

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite in Cebu City

Shift Schedule: US Business hours

Role Requirement:

Bachelors Graduate
At least 5 total WFM experience at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in BPO
Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP Pivot Table etc.)
Report and dashboards creation
Good working knowledge of computer i.e. MS-Office Above
Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
Expert knowledge of service procedures
Good analytical skills for MIS number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
WFM Tool Competency (IEX eWFM etc.)
RTA/ MIS Experience is advantageous.
Can start ASAP
