- Partner with the Project Manager to maintain the integrated project plan schedules milestones dependencies and resource allocations.
- Manage RAID (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and action logs; drive timely follow-ups to closure.
- Coordinate across onsite/offshore workstreams; manage handoffs meeting logistics and cross-vendor dependencies.
- Bilingual Interpretation and Translation
- Provide real-time Japanese English interpretation for workshops design reviews triage steering committees UAT sessions and cutover meetings.
- Translate key artifacts (requirements change requests test evidence runbooks release notes status reports MoMs) with accuracy and context.
- Bridge cultural nuances to ensure shared understanding and faster decisions.
- Governance and Reporting
- Support governance forums: prepare agendas decks minutes decision logs and executive summaries.
- Track KPIs and report status on schedule scope quality risk and financials as applicable.
- Escalate risks and blockers proactively with clear options and recommendations.
- Documentation and Repository Management
- Maintain the project repository (plans MoMs RAID designs CRs test artifacts approvals) with version control and audit readiness.
