How youll make an impact

• Lead process improvements: Identify and analyze change requests and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.

• Collaborate globally: Work with internal stakeholders and SAP experts to ensure smooth integration of processes across our ERP system.

• Support transformation: Contribute to process design testing and change management initiatives.

• Build networks: Engage with SAP Key Users to share knowledge and best practices.

• Drive Make-to-Order (MTO) excellence: Focus on setting up new organizational structures and standardizing Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) processes across regions.

Your background

• A degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of experience in business process management ideally in a global ERP environment.

• Strong knowledge of SAP systems and business processes (no development required).

• A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work across cultures and functions.

• A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
