The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Contracts Delivery Management team in Hazelwood MO.
This position will support Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services-Government (BGS-G) deliveries. The candidate will be responsible for creating maintaining and updating Tableau metrics and dashboards supporting On Time Delivery rates Delivery Management Tool compliance Proposal and Order volumes cycle times etc. The candidate must understand Boeing contracts and the data within the Common Contracts System (CCS). The candidate will drive trends to improve On Time Delivery Delivery Management compliance and Delivery Management processes.
Position Responsibilities:
Influences negotiates and acts as a change agent with a diverse audience for complex process improvements
Conducts business requirements review coordinates testing schedules and assists in the preparation of test scripts
Communicates with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements activities and status
Serves as liaison to resolve business requirement issues between customer and information technology representatives
Facilitates development of the business case and risk analysis of process investment returns affordability and resource requirements as reflected in commitments opportunities and risks to the Business Plan
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of experience in data analytics
5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
5 years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
3 years of experience with Tableau
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience referring to practices and procedures for guidance
Experience developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Experience prioritizing daily tasks independently
Experience developing and executing plans and schedules
Experience using analytical collaboration communication and organizational skills
