Duties:Critical Tasks:- Assist Director of Audit & Risk Management in supporting third-party control audits
- Assist Bank & Trust Compliance Officer in supporting third-party compliance audits
- Assist Director of Audit & Risk Management in preparation for quarterly Audit Committee meetings
- Perform risk management processes and tasks as directed
- Perform compliance processes and tasks as directed
Significant Duties:- Communicate with and support auditors with their initial and follow-up requests
- Coordinate audit committee meeting preparation and deliverables including the committee packet
- Coordinate organizational risk assessments
- Provide timely transactional compliance support
- Perform other duties as directed by Director of Audit & Risk Management or Bank & Trust Compliance Officer
