Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Mission Tracker.
- Regularly audit and clean data to ensure consistency completeness and accuracy.
- Support program staff in entering and managing client data effectively and in compliance with agency and funding requirements.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. grant reporting board presentations).
- Train staff on data entry standards HMIS protocols and privacy/confidentiality best practices.
- Identify and resolve data entry errors or gaps in collaboration with program teams.
- Monitor data quality metrics and provide feedback to improve overall data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with HUD and other funder data standards and regulations.
- Assist in preparing for audits evaluations or site visits related to data or program performance.
- Contribute to the development of data-informed strategies for improving client outcomes and service delivery
Qualifications: - Experience with HMIS or similar case management systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for reporting and decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for staff collaboration and training.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and ethical handling of sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets or data visualization/reporting tools.
- Passion for social impact and serving vulnerable populations.
