Job requirements

- Location: Coppel TX or NY (Hybrid with 2-3 day onsite per week)
- Experience: 1012 years in program or delivery management including 5 years leading large-scale technology or data transformation programs in healthcare or insurance.
- Own the overall engagement governance communication and execution excellence.
- Oversee delivery progress milestones and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate governance meetings and track risks issues and dependencies.
- Manage performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and engagement health tracking.
