ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Act as a direct support to our team of Service Advisorsin the following capacities:
- Be the primary contact for our inbound phone calls
- Act as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concerns
- Assist in scheduling Service appointments
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
- Follow-up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experience
Show capacity and interest in learning the following:
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of action
- Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
- Generate repair orders and estimates
- Thoroughly explain completed work and charges
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE EDUCATION CERTIFICATES LICENSES ETC.
- High School graduate or GED
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced results driven environment
COMPENSATION:
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Tuesday-Saturday:
- 9:00am to 6:00pm Weekdays
- 8:00am to 4pm Saturdays
