ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Act as a direct support to our team of Service Advisorsin the following capacities:

  • Be the primary contact for our inbound phone calls
  • Act as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concerns
  • Assist in scheduling Service appointments
  • Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
  • Follow-up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experience

Show capacity and interest in learning the following:

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of action
  • Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
  • Generate repair orders and estimates
  • Thoroughly explain completed work and charges

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE EDUCATION CERTIFICATES LICENSES ETC.

  • High School graduate or GED
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities
  • Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
  • Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced results driven environment

COMPENSATION:

  • Starting at $18/hour

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Tuesday-Saturday:
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm Weekdays
  • 8:00am to 4pm Saturdays
