About the role
The Corporate Services Coordinator is the backbone of the Corporate Services team keeping operations running smoothly with a blend of sharp organisation and a customer-first mindset.
In this role youll handle everything from admin and records management to supplier coordination and office support all with a keen eye for detail. Youll juggle tasks with precision orchestrating smooth operations so the team can shine.
Duties
- Provide effective administrative support to the Corporate Services team.
- Create purchase orders and invoice payments of Corporate Services related suppliers.
- Support and guide the Administration Officer to ensure a well-supported functional and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors at our National Office Site (Glebe).
- Provide support to Managers of Corporate Services functions with administration tasks as required includingContracts management fleet and property data entry supplier coordination.
- Provide Records Management support.

Skills and Experience
- Certificate III or IV in business related or similar area or equivalent work experience.
- At least 12 months administrative experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail and ability to notice errors in documentation.
- Proactive and results focused with the ability to work within a team and autonomously.
- Ability to multi-task plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify what is commercially sensitive information and maintain appropriate levels of privacy andconfidentiality.
- Strong customer service focus with proven drive and ability to find solutions for the customer and make thecustomer experience as positive as possible.
