About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to offer claims support to our customers and their loved ones.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional reply and service to the customer (including WhatsApp)
  • Centralizing the customer inquiry for record-keeping reviewing existing guidelines and future training

Shift Schedule

  • You will be working 5 days per week at least 1 day during the weekend.
Roughly the composition of your task will be as follows:
  • Claims enquiry - 70%
  • Claims assessment - 15%
  • Ad hoc claims project - 15%

The success of this role will be measured by:

  • Adequately understanding customers needs
  • Solving problems / providing appropriate advice to customers professionally
  • Making suggestions to increase customer satisfaction in every area of Bowtie

About you

You have/are

  • 2 years of experience in handling claims inquiries (by agents or customers) in an insurance company is a must
  • Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and English) is a must
  • Strong problem-solving flexibility and good communication skills with customers
  • Customer-centric
  • Good PC skills in MS Word EXCEL and Powerpoint

And the following qualifications are preferred but not essential
  • Experience in customer services in an insurance company is preferred
