About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to offer claims support to our customers and their loved ones.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional reply and service to the customer (including WhatsApp)
Centralizing the customer inquiry for record-keeping reviewing existing guidelines and future training

Shift Schedule

You will be working 5 days per week at least 1 day during the weekend.

Roughly the composition of your task will be as follows:

Claims enquiry - 70%
Claims assessment - 15%
Ad hoc claims project - 15%

The success of this role will be measured by:

Adequately understanding customers needs
Solving problems / providing appropriate advice to customers professionally
Making suggestions to increase customer satisfaction in every area of Bowtie

About you

You have/are

2 years of experience in handling claims inquiries (by agents or customers) in an insurance company is a must
Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and English) is a must
Strong problem-solving flexibility and good communication skills with customers
Customer-centric
Good PC skills in MS Word EXCEL and Powerpoint

And the following qualifications are preferred but not essential

Experience in customer services in an insurance company is preferred
