We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Class Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Hackney East London from January 2026. This is a permanent position open to full-time and part-time applicants with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role

Position:Year 4 Class Teacher
Location: Hackney East London
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)

As our Year 4 Teacher you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and deepen understanding
• Provide clear assessment and feedback to support all pupils in achieving their potential
• Foster a classroom culture of respect inclusion and high expectations
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistency and shared best practice
• (If applicable) Lead a subject or phase area as part of a TLR opportunity

What Were Looking For

We welcome applications from teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 4
• Are committed to delivering high-quality inclusive teaching and learning
• Possess strong organisational and communication skills
• Are reflective enthusiastic and eager to contribute to school life
• Are open to taking on subject or phase leadership responsibilities (if seeking a TLR)
