Job Summary
Requirements: Master degree in Finance Economics or a closely related field (12) months of experience the job offered and twelve (12) months of experience in a financial analysis M&A or corporate finance role involving the insurance or financial services industry and experience in Financial valuation techniques (DCF comparable companies precedent transactions) and drafting marketing materials for corporate transactions. Must possess the following FINRA securities licenses: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE); Series 79 and Series 63.
