Tasks

Your Mission

As a Publisher Sales Specialist youll play a key role in expanding our publisher network in France driving revenue growth and establishing our solutions as a leader in the AdTech landscape.

New Business Development

  • Identify and connect with new publisher partners in France to grow the network and meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Leverage industry expertise market research and proactive outreach (e.g. networking cold calls) to generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to publishers articulating the value of our innovative solutions and negotiating terms to secure high-value partnerships.

Publisher Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trust-based long-term relationships with publishers to ensure successful onboarding and engagement with our solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to publishers guiding them in maximizing the value of their partnerships and ensuring seamless integration of our products.

Market Intelligence and Sales Strategy

  • Stay ahead of market trends in France including competitor activity and technological advancements to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events forums and conferences in France to promote our solutions and grow the publisher network.
  • Share valuable insights from the France market with product and marketing teams to tailor our offerings to meet local needs.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A strong track record in AdTech sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expertise in programmatic advertising display video audio CTV or app monetization.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven and proactive attitude.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced data-driven environment using analytics to adjust and optimize strategies.
  • The ideal candidate is a native French speaker and has professional working proficiency in English both spoken and written.
