Job Summary

Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid 2 days onsite: Mon & Tues 3 days remote)

Interview: Microsoft Teams and In-person both

Note: Candidate must be local to the Austin TX (Within 50 Miles radius)

Job Description:

Analyze and document business systems and user needs.
Formulate systems to align with organizational goals and strategies.
Participate in requirements gathering design and testing phases.
Conduct or support unit system and user acceptance testing.
Plan and organize multiple work assignments without compromising accuracy.
Facilitate business process mapping and reengineering activities.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide analytical and documentation support throughout the SDLC

	8	Required	Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with both IT and business professionals and clients.
	8	Preferred	Experience with the implementation of case management systems.
	8	Preferred	Experience with Jira project management software.
