Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable enterprise-grade learning and customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise solution architecture workflow automation and ServiceNow platform engineering.
Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow University products enabling AI-powered learning workflows and connected experiences.

Define solution blueprints integrating data workflows AI/ML capabilities and third-party systems.

Collaborate with product managers engineering teams and solution architects to ensure technical alignment and reuse of common patterns.
-
Design extensible APIs integration frameworks and automation workflows.
-
Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and implementation plans.
-
Ensure data security consistency and compliance across ServiceNow platforms.
-
Lead architecture reviews guiding teams on scalability performance and design trade-offs.
-
Provide technical guidance and influence product direction through user-centric architectural insights.
Required Skills & Experience:

12 years of experience in enterprise architecture platform engineering or application design.

Proven experience in architecting customer experience and workflow automation solutions.
-
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture modules and integrations.
-
Hands-on experience with integration patterns REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architecture.
-
Familiarity with data platforms reporting and analytics in a customer success context.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow University or similar ServiceNow implementations.

Background in SaaS platforms enterprise workflows or customer service systems.
-
Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications (chatbots recommendations intelligent routing).

Knowledge of microservices API-first design and modular architecture principles.

Experience working in global matrixed organizations.
