Job Summary

Role: Vehicle - NVH Analyst
Location: Invine CA - Onsite
6-12 Months Contract
Must-Have
  • Good knowledge of FEA Meshing setting up the deck execution post-processing results and NVH vehicle-level calculations.
  • Must carry out simulations on Vehicle Hardware Engineering Systems (Cockpit Seat Interior Trim Door Trim Exterior Trim Body Structure Closures & Chassis) for NVH requirements and regulations.
  • Must deliver full vehicle cross car beam IP subsystem level IP TSM level Modal FRF and ODF analysis. Should be able to generate super element generation for subsystem and body to do cavity NVH.
  • Must deliver subsystem level fixture development natural frequency analysis.
  • Fixture level Buzz Squeak & Rattle simulation.
  • FE analysis iterations by quick modification of FE models to evaluate the possible countermeasures and provide design direction to the design team.
  • Should be well-versed in performing simulation using CAE software like ANSA Hypermesh Nastran Optistruct.
  • Good knowledge of understanding test setup/results and correlating test results with CAE.
  • Proficiency in Python would be an added advantage.
  • Should have knowledge of AGILE and JIRA.
Good-to-Have
  • Knowledge on optimization; should be able to provide directions to design teams in platform development is desirable.
  • Sol 400 and Nastran.
  • Knowledge of overall Automotive CAE development.
