Job Summary
About the Role:
This position will oversee financial operations reporting compliance and working capital management while driving strategic business insights and supporting cross-border teams in the U.S. and India. Experience in staffing consulting or professional services is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) budgeting and forecasting
Manage financial reporting and ensure US GAAP compliance
Oversee month-end close AP/AR payroll and intercompany accounting
Partner with external auditors and tax consultants
Handle cash and treasury management working capital and compliance
Lead a small finance team while collaborating with HR recruiting and operations
Drive automation and process improvement across financial workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related field
CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
7 10 years of financial management experience (10 15 preferred)
Experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks ERP systems and ADP payroll
