About the role:

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our Commerce Team and play a critical role in scaling our e-commerce business across platforms like Amazon Flipkart and our own Fitelo is a high-impact cross-functional role that requires strong analytical abilities comfort with automation tools and a passion for e-commerce. You will work closely with marketing product and operations teams to drive growth and efficiency through process automation performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.

Specifically this role will involve:

E-commerce Operations: Own day-to-day execution for marketplace platforms (Amazon Flipkart etc.) ensuring smooth operations and timely campaign execution.
Automation & Tools: Build and manage workflows using n8n or similar automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards and run detailed analysis using Excel/Google Sheets to monitor KPIs campaign performance and business health.
Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize paid campaigns for commerce platforms focusing on ROI and growth.
Cross-functional Program Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives resolve blockers and maintain alignment with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in processes propose solutions and drive adoption of best practices.

Ideal Candidate will have:

Experience: 0 1 year of experience in program management analytics or a similar role (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables lookups data analysis).
Familiarity with automation tools like n8n Zapier or similar (good to have).
Basic understanding of e-commerce performance metrics (ACoS ROAS CPC).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in (Computer Science preferred) OR
MBA in Business Analytics Marketing or a related field (a plus not mandatory).
