Position: Manager - Salesforce Cloud (Data Marketing Loyalty) - 12 month contract
Location: Hybrid 3x per week in office (Toronto Downtown)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay: Up to $95.00 p/h inc (40 hour week)

Requirements:
- 8 10 years of Salesforce experience with recent hands-on leadership of Data Cloud and/or Loyalty Cloud engagements
- Demonstrated success standing up and managing Salesforce pods/teams in a complex enterprise environment (8-20 staff)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud data modeling ingestion harmonization and segmentation
- Expertise in customer data platforms (CDP) personalization and regulatory data compliance (PIPEDA GDPR etc.)
- Familiarity with end-to-end Salesforce integration strategy: Marketing Cloud Service/Sales Cloud external APIs
- Proven stakeholder management experience-especially with cross-functional teams
- Strong Agile/SAFe delivery leadership experience with Jira Confluence sprint metrics and reporting
