Responsibilitie

Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
Evaluating liability damages and treatment plans
Drafting and reviewing demand packages
Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Communicating regularly with clients regarding case progress
Collaborating with a full support team including case managers demand writers and lien negotiators
Maintaining detailed notes and case activity in the firms legal CRM (Litify)

Qualifications

Active California Bar License and in good standing
Minimum 4 years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred
Must be highly organized self-motivated and able to work independently
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
