Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ServiceNow Administrator with a Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and hands-on expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing our IT asset lifecycle using ServiceNow ensuring compliance cost-efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform focusing on SAM and HAM modules.
Configure and manage asset lifecycle workflows discovery integrations and reconciliation processes.
Ensure accurate data in CMDB and asset repositories through regular audits and automation.
Implement and maintain software license models entitlements and reclamation policies.
Manage hardware asset tracking procurement inventory and disposal processes.
Collaborate with procurement finance and IT teams to align asset management with business goals.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for asset utilization compliance and cost savings.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset data integrations and platform performance.
Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices upgrades and new features related to SAM/HAM.

Required Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.
4 years of experience administering ServiceNow with at least 3 years focused on SAM and HAM modules.
Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and software compliance.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery CMDB and integration with third-party tools.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript Glide) and workflow automation.
Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
