About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Addison IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic the ability to follow instructions accurately and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

This position involves operating and monitoring production machinery handling materials and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a chemical and mechanical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various production and assembly machines.
Follow written and verbal instructions in English accurately.
Load unload and move materials and products as needed.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Adhere strictly to safety compliance and environmental regulations.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to read write and follow instructions in English.
Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and move cart loads up to 100 lbs.
Comfortable working in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Willingness to comply with all safety and operational procedures.
Personal transportation preferred for reliable commute to the facility.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus but not mandatory.
