Job Summary

Job Title: Product Specialist
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 7 Months (possible extension)
Location: Lafayette CO 80026
Shift: Monday Thursday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Onsite

Role Overview:
The Sr. Product Specialist will manage commercial and R&D projects within the Temperature and Perioperative portfolios leading Veeva submissions lifecycle management and product marketing initiatives. This role supports both upstream and downstream global marketing teams to drive growth and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product marketing from commercialization through lifecycle completion.
Drive pricing strategy forecasting and product availability management.
Manage project deliverables cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.
Develop and execute marketing programs and training materials.
Collaborate with regional teams on launch planning and market analysis.
Support R&D sustaining projects and monitor product performance metrics.
Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Engineering or related field.
3 years in product marketing or project management.
Experience in a matrixed organization; medical device industry preferred.
Proficiency in Veeva market research and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

In-depth knowledge of medical device compliance and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior staff.
