Job Summary

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 2 Years (possible extension)
Location: Horicon WI 53032
Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 AM 1:30 PM

Role Overview:
Supports manufacturing engineering process improvement and product development initiatives in a team environment. Works both on the shop floor and on project-based engineering tasks under guidance from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Support manufacturing engineering work: analysis process specification continuous improvement.
Contribute to feasibility testing drafting standards evaluating effectiveness.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers within contract management plans.
Conduct inspections and recommend remedial actions.
Participate in product development project management and knowledge-sharing.
Spend 50% of time on the shop floor; occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.

Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.

Additional Notes:

Metatarsal shoes required for Day 1.
Cross-border work not permitted.
