Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 2 Years (possible extension)
Location: Horicon WI 53032
Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
Role Overview:
Supports manufacturing engineering process improvement and product development initiatives in a team environment. Works both on the shop floor and on project-based engineering tasks under guidance from senior engineers.

- Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling
Key Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing engineering work: analysis process specification continuous improvement.
- Contribute to feasibility testing drafting standards evaluating effectiveness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers within contract management plans.
- Conduct inspections and recommend remedial actions.
- Participate in product development project management and knowledge-sharing.
- Spend 50% of time on the shop floor; occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.

- Metatarsal shoes required for Day 1.
