Need Solution Architect with deep expertise in the insurance industry to lead the design and implementation of robust scalable and secure technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to architect end-to-end solutions across underwriting claims policy administration customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in aligning IT strategy with business goals and ensuring technology solutions support our growth and innovation roadmap.
Skills:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- 12 years of IT experience with at least 4 years as a Solution Architect in the insurance domain.
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes underwriting claims policy lifecycle reinsurance and customer servicing.
- Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire Duck Creek Majesco or similar.
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration (SOAP/REST APIs ESBs) microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) containers (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data architecture analytics and regulatory compliance in insurance. TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications.
- Experience with digital insurance technologies (chatbots telematics AI/ML customer self-service portals).
- Working knowledge of core systems in Life or P&C insurance.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the insurance sector.
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes underwriting claims policy lifecycle reinsurance and customer servicing.
- Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire Duck Creek Majesco or similar.
