- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend development interventions.
- Maintain training records documentation and reports using LMS and other collaboration tools.
Requirements
- 36 years of experience in a BPO/KPO environment with hands-on exposure to facilitating various training programs.
- Bachelors degree in business finance or operations is required along with experience in deal desk order management or QA functions.
- Certification in training facilitation or instructional design is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office LMS platforms and collaboration tools.
