Job Summary
- Conduct accurate and compliant audits on high-value deals to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Perform quality checks and compliance reviews across processes to identify potential errors or deviations.
- Prepare and maintain audit reports performing root cause analysis to recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality control frameworks and support operational efficiency.
- Utilize tools such as SAP CRM or workflow platforms to execute and monitor quality assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within order management deal execution or BPO/KPO operations.
- Bachelors degree in business operations or a related field or professional certification such as CIMA CIM AAT etc.
- Proven ability to perform accurate compliant audits on high-value projects to ensure timely completion.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM or workflow tools is preferred.
- Strong experience in quality checks compliance and audit reporting including root cause analysis.
