Your role & Responsibilities:
- In the role as PLM Solution Architect you will anchor the engagement of development of the Scrum teams
- You will be pivotal to problem definition and facilitating discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on overall solution and architecture.
- As a thought leader in PLM domain you will be the key advisor to solution architecture and design of the overall application.
- You will assist in in-house capability building.
- You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Technical Skills and Experience
Required
- Understanding customers existing processes systems/tools and challenges then coming up with solution/proposal using global PLM systems
- Understanding of BOM & Design tools (CAD)
- Consultancy experience of understanding customer challenges and proposing PLM solutions
- Strong team working skills
- More than 7 years of PLM experience (Preferred PLM knowledge in Windchill for Discrete industries)
- Manufacturing / Shop floor knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes tools and systems (Nice to have)
- Global team working experience (Nice to have)
- Experience in negotiation with Clients
Preferred
- Experience in Auto-mobile or manufacturing domain knowledge
- Good understanding of Retain Life sciences domain
