HR / Recruitment Coordinator
1-year hybrid contract in the insurance industry supporting high-volume recruitment coordination onboarding and HR operations. Ideal for bilingual HR professionals fluent in English and French. Full-time replacement: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule with a start time between 8:30 and 9:00 am.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruitment coordination tasks.
Initiate and oversee background check processes in collaboration with candidates and vendors.
Assist new hires through the onboarding process.
Format job descriptions for posting on external niche sites.
Prepare monthly reports and manage employee referral bonus payments.
Monitor and respond to queries sent to the recruitment inbox.
Coordinate with other HR departments to ensure seamless communication and consistency.
Support special projects related to recruitment operations as assigned.
Collaborate with extended HR operations teams as required.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is an asset.
5 years of experience in HR preferably in recruitment training or administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
Experience using background check platforms. HireRight experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Workday is an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational abilities and a high sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Experience working in a large institution or organization is an asset.
Bilingual in English and French to support recruitment and onboarding activities in both languages is an asset.
