Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Removal of all ceramic from metal castings using manual blast booths automatic Sandblast machines and pneumatic shell removal machines using proper aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide sand at various grits.
Keep the work area in a clean orderly and safe working condition.
Verification of parts to paperwork.
Record work in AQCS/ Lot Control
Must be able to learn job specifications that are required by new customers including existing customers with changes in job specifications
Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
Perform other duties assigned by supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:

Meet or exceed defined visual acuity
Must be detail oriented
Must show ability to follow detailed procedures reliably.
Ability to multitask
Must be able to sit stand bend push for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 35lbs on a continuous basis.
