This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for students across online classroom and workplace learning programmes.
Youll work closely with students employers curriculum teams and central college services to provide outstanding support throughout the onboarding process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively wed love to hear from you.
Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A Level 2 qualification (or higher) in a relevant discipline plus English and maths at Level 2 or equivalent
- Experience using IT tools efficiently and accurately including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve processes
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Outstanding organisational and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Enrol students onto online platforms classroom sessions and workplace courses
- Respond to student and employer queries via email phone and other channels
- Provide technical and administrative support to students accessing learning systems
- Maintain accurate learner records using the colleges MIS
- Conduct orientation sessions and gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless student support
- Ensure compliance with college policies and funding guidance
- Carry out general administrative duties within the team

The LETs Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team capturing their experimentation in a journal.
