Detailed Responsibilities

BI Platform Architecture: Design and architect scalable Business Intelligence platforms including data models reporting layers and data flow within tools like Power BI.
Power BI Solution Development: Oversee the development of Power BI reports dashboards and analytics ensuring they are scalable performant and adhere to standards.
Data Integration & Modelling: Integrate diverse data sources build and maintain data dictionaries and entity-relationship models and ensure data traceability.
Security & Access Control: Implement and manage data security measures including role-based and row-level security within Power BI environments.

Qualifications

Requirements

Deep understanding of data architecture principles data modelling data warehousing and BI tools such as Power BI.
Advanced analytical abilities to interpret complex data and troubleshoot data-related issues effectively.
Ability to align data architecture with enterprise-wide strategic goals and the organizations data direction.
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business leaders architects and engineers translating complex concepts clearly.
Expertise in implementing security features data protection risk management and adherence to data governance policies.
Fluent Japanese and English speaker.
