Are you interested in gaining valuable HR experience in an international company Our HR department in the ELDS division in Brno is looking for a motivated part-time colleague for a long-term role in HR support.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELDS Division in Brno.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Support for the Front Office HR department (handling ad hoc requests from managers and employees handingover exit forms for departing employees collecting signed employment-related documents)
Printing compiling and issuing employment-related documents
Coordinating internships and excursions for primary secondary and university students including internship agreements
Organizing and supporting employee training activities
Supporting the organization of foreign language courses
Assisting with onboarding of new employees (preparing welcome packages supporting mandatory introductory trainings)
Creating purchase orders for the HR office
Providing cover for colleagues during vacation periods (ad hoc requests)
Qualifications for the role
Secondary school or university education
Intermediate knowledge of English
Availability to work at least 2 days per week on-site approx. 15-20 hours per week
Reliability accuracy and independence
